Not completely satisfied with your purchase? 
No problem! Here you can easily cancel your purchase.

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you received your order. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

To return an item, it must:

- Be unused

- Be in the same condition as when you received it

- Be returned well-packaged

Once we have received your cancellation request, we will send you all the information you need on how and where to return the item.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
