Return and Refund Policy (Norrkoppel AB)

Return period

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you received the item. This does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal within the EU.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • have all tags attached and be in its original packaging

  • include the receipt / order confirmation

How to request a return

Returns should be sent to:
Norrkoppel AB, Rödåsel 712, 922 65 Tavelsjö, Sweden.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Damages and defects

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number so we can assist you.

Exceptions (items that cannot be returned)

  • Custom / personalized products (e.g. leashes engraved with a name).

  • Gift cards.
    For hygiene and safety reasons, used or clearly affected products cannot be accepted for return.

Note: Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular products, unless the item is explicitly marked “final sale – no returns.”

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item as described above and place a new order. If you need help with size / color, contact info@norrkoppel.se.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval and you have not received your refund, please contact info@norrkoppel.se.
