We ship all orders with PostNord.

Delivery areas & times

We deliver to the following regions. Delivery times are estimates and stated in business days from the time your order has been shipped:

  • Sweden: 1–3 days

  • Nordic region (Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland): 2–5 days

  • European Union (other countries): 4–7 days

  • International (outside the EU): 7–14 days

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. During campaigns, peak seasons, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping cost & free shipping

The shipping cost and any available free-shipping offers are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If a tracking number is available, it will be included in the same email.

Delivery delays

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control, but we are happy to assist you in tracking your package if needed.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to us. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. A handling fee may be charged to cover the costs associated with unclaimed shipments.

Delivery address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. We are not liable for shipments that fail to arrive due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
